Any wrestler that is within their first 2 years of competition. Regardless of what league(s) they have been a part of to this point. Subject to the MYWAY Regional Boards' discretion.
This doesn't mean just MYWAY if you competed in MMWA, NEMWA, USA, AAU or any other league(s) that counts towards your 2 years.
