2012 MYWA FREESTYLE STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS~
MYWA is excited to offer its first ever Freestyle State Championships. Sunday, June 24, 2012 at The Peak at Summit Academy in Romulus. You can register through your online account. All wrestlers must be MYWA members in order to compete in this event.
This is a great opportunity to expose our youth wrestlers to the Olympic style of wrestling. With the Olympic Games being held in just a few months in London, this is our opportunity to let our youth become aware of the style differences between folkstyle and freestyle.

MYWA crowns 6 team State Champion this past weekend in Battle Creek! Dundee doubled up by winning both Elementary & Middle School Division B titles. Yale wins the 3rd Grade & Under State Title. Hartland also doubled up by winning Elementary & Middle School Division A titles. Davison wins the Michigan JV State Title. |
