All 4 ONLINE steps MUST be completed before 8 pm Friday.
The 5th Step (Coaches Conduct Form) must be brought to check in table the first event you attend after that we will have it on file to receive you coaches band.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PROFILE NAME MATCHES YOUR LEGAL BACKGROUND CHECK NAME OR THE SYSTEM CAN NOT MATCH THEM.
Concussion Certification will be a requirement for all MYWAY Clubs to be in compliance with Michigan State Law. The law requires all coaches, employees, volunteers and other adults who are involved with Youth or High School athletic activities to complete the concussion awareness online training course.
The link to the CDC training will be in your coaches card profile to take the training. Save the certificate to your devise. Click the "Choose File" Button to locate the file on your devise. Then click the "Upload CDC Certificate of Completion" Button to upload the completed certificate.
*CDC training is good for 2 seasons.
Abuse Prevention Training - Awareness Training link is in your coaches card profile. Click the link to be taken to the Abuse Prevention Site to complete the training.
*APS Training is good for 2 seasons
Coaches Card payment to cover insurance. In your Coaches Card profile there is a "Add to cart ($10)" button click that to add to cart. Once paid you will be able to print your Coaches Card.
Coaches MUST check in with a photo ID at all events to receive their wristband. Only coaches with wristbands will be permitted on the floor.
