ONLINE MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UP DIRECTIONS ~
STEP. 1 - Click on the link at the bottom of these instructions.
STEP. 2 - Select need to register (only for new users ; existing clubs already have accounts contact us if you don't remember you information)
STEP. 3 - Fill in User Information and then Login
STEP. 4 - You are now at the MY PROFILE SCREEN or TAB which is the parent profile tab. Fill in PARENT/CLU ADMIN INFO and Click UPDATE
STEP. 5 - Click on the MY ATHLETE TAB. This is the tab in which you create the athlete profile. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and CLICK ADD.
STEP. 6 - When adding members Please Capitalize the first letter in their First and Last Name only (DO NOT use all little letters or all capitals)
STEP. 7 - A wrestler profile screen should pop up. Enter the wrestlers information, Select his/her Club, Upload a picture if you choose. Select Birthdate and click the top update botton. (Please Note: DO NOT select add twice as it will add a blank wrestler)
STEP. 8 - After you hit UPDATE on the wrestler screen it will take you back to the MY ATHLETES tab. Scroll to the bottom and select invoice. Put a check in front of the wrestlers you wish to pay for. Then either click the Google checkout button to pay online or print mail in invoice to send in with your check. If you click pay through Google it will then bring up the Google Checkout Screen. After you pay for your card(s) it will take you back to the MY ATHLETES tab. Scroll down and select print card, and are now able to print your card.
STEP. 9 - If you are the Club Administrator you will also have the MY CLUB tab. This shows you everyone you put in through the MY ATHLETE tab and any wrestler a parent might have assigned to your club. If you want all the athletes from the MY CLUB tab to show in the MY ATHLETE tab you must link your admin id to the wrestler under the PARENT/GUARDIAN/CONTACT section.
STEP. 10 - If you have any wrestlers that transfer to your club that were previous MYWA members please do not add them to the system again. Contact Denise and she will transfer their membership over to your club.
