MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION ~

2011-2012 SEASON! You can now sign-up and pay for your club membership or individual memberships online. All existing clubs from past seasons still have existing accounts. If your login information does not work then send an email to Denise Sageman or Roger Chandler to get your access. IF YOU CREATED AN ACCOUNT LAST YEAR AND DON'T REMEMBER THE LOGIN PLEASE EMAIL US DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT!

Please note that parents of your wrestlers can sign-up for their own individual accounts and attach their wrestlers to your specific club. If your child was a member in the past do not re enter them. Create your login account and let your club admin or us know and we will link you to your wrestler. However, club administrators can still sign-up and pay for all their wrestlers if they wish to maintain full control of their membership. If you wish to continue to use the mail in payment process you still need to add your members online then send in the payment with a list of the wrestlers that it covers. In your my club tab if you click pay invoice there is the pay online button and a print invoice to mail in button. CLUB ONLINE ADMINISTRATORS- Please note that you can't delete members from the system. Also if a child is already in the system under another team PLEASE email us to switch them to your club do not create duplicates.

Clubs and their wrestlers must be registered to participate in MYWA tournmanets. The individual membership fee provides SECONDARY SPORTS INSURANCE COVERAGE and funding for a MYWA sponsored team that travels annually to a national wrestling event. Starting January 1st any wrestler who is not active and paid for PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT THAT THEY ARE ATTENDING will not be able to compete. The memberships fee is $15.00 per wrestler IF RECEIVED BY JANUARY 15, 2012. After that date there will be a late fee charge of $5.00 per wrestler. All membership fee's must be paid by March 1, 2012 to compete at the Regional Championships. Wrestlers who are not affiliated with a registered club may join for a higher membership fee.   • $30.00 for Region-Affiliated membership
